And we’ve done it at scale: we saw operations across 30+ countries and 10+ industries, in asset-heavy and asset-light models, spanning manufacturing, logistics, and service operations.

Ben Lechner

Executive operator in supply chain, transport and network operations. Most recently, Ben helped Sonepar as SVP to modernise its global supply chain and transport operations by building state-of-the-art end-to-end, data-led mechanisms across 40+ countries. Previously at Amazon, Ben served as EU Peak Captain through COVID-driven hypergrowth, led the central Network Execution function across 26 countries and 100+ sites - while owning outsourced 3P logistics operations and €5bn+ in related procurement. Earlier, he led DHL Supply Chain’s telecom and technology business as Managing Director for the DACH region. Before that, he was VP Global Operations Excellence at DHL Supply Chain, and and worked in management consulting. Ben is known for turning strategy into operational reality. He brings razor-sharp clarity, structures complexity from the end goal backwards, and raises the bar so teams deliver.

Laetitia Johnson

Executive operator across supply chain and services. Strong in operations excellence, automation, and operating model design. Most recently, Laetitia led operations as COO for Dentsu DACH. She modernised core operations, systems, and functions. She used automation and agentic AI to lift process efficiency at scale. Previously at Adidas, she built the first Operations Excellence function. She led a €100m+ investment agenda to deploy warehouse robotics, RFID, labor management system, process and data automation. Earlier, she held full P&L as Managing Director at DHL Supply Chain France. She turned around underperforming operations to lift service, cost and execution. Before that, she worked in management consulting. Laetitia is known for building operating models that stick. She sets clear priorities, runs a tight cadence, and leads people through change with calm, crisp decisions.
